Job Description
- Planning and execution of web development projects.
- Interaction with US/UK clients to understand project requirements, suggest possible solutions, manage amendments and keeping them up to date with day-to-day project progress
- Lead a development team and manage both project and line requirements.
- Maintain the correct skills levels in the Team and ensure continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.

Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in PHP Programming & MySQL.
- At least 4 years experience in Object Oriented Programming/Development.
- At least 4 years experience in Ajax, HTML/CSS, Javascripting.
- Familiarity with common open source PHP apps including Zencart, Wordpress, phpBB and Joomla.
- Excellent in liaising the project among Clients, Design Team, Programming Team.
